John Zegowitz (Chief Creative Officer, SCS)

Since the formation of Schiefer Chopshop, John has overseen the creative strategy of the agency and award winning work for a broad roster of clients including Discovery+, Mothers Polishes and Waxes, Kwikset, Baldwin Hardware, Edelbrock, Boost Mobile, NHRA and Blizzard Entertainment


Ana Ammann (Sr. Director Brand Storytelling, SAP)

Ana has spent over 20 years working as a global marketer, content strategist and brand storyteller for the world’s largest provider of enterprise application software. In her spare time, you’ll find her serving as an advisor on independent music and film projects, interviewing members of 80s British bands, or saving the world, one dog at a time.


Courtney Betley (Creative Director, INNOCEAN)

Courtney is a Creative Director, Writer, and University Lecturer with 17+ years of experience in the ad biz. From hot dogs to hospitals, she’s worked in practically every category and medium imaginable, creating award-winning work for the likes of Wienerschnitzel, California Avocado, Hilton, DOLE, and CHOC, just to name a few. Courtney is currently leading social media for KIA USA.


Chris Degenaars (Global Growth & Content, Giant Group Bicycles + President, AAF Orange County)

Chris Degenaars drives Global Growth & Content Marketing for Giant Group Bicycles, which is recognized as the world's largest bicycle manufacturer. He is the current President of AAF Orange County, and at 24 years old is the youngest sitting President in the country. Chris is also the Founder & President of Ad 2 SoCal, the young professionals division of the American Advertising Federation, and the first person in the organizations history to serve as President of an AAF and Ad 2 chapter at the same time.
